. The first photo depicts Paynes’ joy at winning his first major at the 1989 PGA Championship at Kemper Lakes, IL. Centered in the second photogragh, Payne is obviously surrounded with admiration, respect and love at the award ceremony of his final major win at the U.S. Open at Pinehurst No. 2 in North Carolina, where he just edged out Phil Mickleson (pictured on the right) by one shot on Fathers Day 1999. In the final photograph we see Payne proudly showing off his first U.S. Open Trophy he won after a hard fought playoff with Scott Simpson at Hazeltine National Golf Club at Chaska, Minnesota on June 17, 1991.

This three piece composite is framed in Elegant Mahogany molding, Black on White archival double matting, and with a specially engraved brass tribute plaque to Payne Stewart’s Three Major Victories. (outside dimensions are approximately 17″x30″).
